Barbara was such a lovely lady, kind, generous, and such good company.  Always interested to hear news about our family, and of course happy to share stories about yours too.  We always enjoyed the challenges round the bridge table, whether in our homes or the occasional weekend away.  Those regular sessions in Bedford are very happy memories.  You were such a fine pair, and we certainly learnt so much about the game from you both.
